Time 15 Minutes  |  Yields 2 Servings

Our team has been working on this vegan bacon recipe for a while now, and we're really happy with how far it's come! We featured the recipe in our first cooking class called "Tempeh and Tofu 101." In the class we showed our clients how to make a Tempeh BLTA Salad with vegan caesar salad dressing. YUM! There are so many uses for this delicious vegan salads, on pasta, in tacos, on veggies, as a snack...pretty much on everything. No limits, go wild. :)
